Journalism trainers from Kenya, Cote D’ Ivoire, Uganda, Rwanda and the Central African Republic are meeting in Nairobi, Kenya this week for a groundbreaking training of journalism trainers workshop. This training, one of the first of its kind in Africa, is sponsored by the Big Picture Digital Journalism Project, an Internews Europe project aimed at strengthening African journalists’ skills in the use of crowdsourced journalism tools and techniques.
The workshop focused on training journalism trainers in crowdsourced tools and techniques.
